Role:

As a Thumbnail Editor, you will create thumbnails for our videos. These thumbnails should prioritize visual elements, particularly faces, over text. Upon
first glance, the topic of the video should be immediately clear from the thumbnail, without needing to read the title.
Salary:

The monthly salary is 20k for creating 20 thumbnails per month, or 1k per thumbnail.

Responsibilities:

● Create visually compelling thumbnails that clearly communicate the
video's topic at first glance.
● Use minimal text and focus on faces and other visual assets in the thumbnails.
● Adapt and modify elements such as shirt colors as required.

Requirements:
● Strong graphic design and photo editing skills.
● Ability to visually communicate the essence of a video through a thumbnail.
● Creativity and strong attention to detail.
● Proficiency in design software and tools.
